With over 20 years of experience in management, administration, and customer service, I bring a strong commitment to client satisfaction and a wealth of practical knowledge. I hold a certificate in office technology, which complements my extensive hands-on experience. My focus is on ensuring clients feel heard, valued, and confident that their needs are a priority, while also keeping daily operations running smoothly and efficiently to support both our clients and team. Outside of the office, I enjoy baking, working on hands-on projects around the house, and traveling across the country with my family.
